Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor variations in color or appearance

Return Shipping

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions.

Processing Time
